Today's question: What colour are Yukon Energy bills?

Thanks for the question. I assume you ask this as a way of determining whether the bill is coming from Yukon Energy or from Yukon Electrical Company Limited, is that right?

Most Yukoners receive their bills from Yukon Electrical. The bills are green. For people in Dawson, Mayo, Faro and a few other small communities, you are served by and receive your bill from Yukon Energy. Our bills are pink. 

The colours change if you are in arrears by more than 60 days (pink notices from Yukon Electrical and orange notices from Yukon Energy) but in general you will receive a pink bill from us. I hope this helps.
