Paying Bills/Getting Paid During the Postal Strike

During the rotating postal strikes, it’s important that customers understand they are still responsible for paying electrical bills on time. Here’s how to do that:

• Come in to our Dawson City office where staff can provide the amount owing and due date
• Call our Dawson City office (993-5565 or 1-877-712-3375) or email us (billing@yukonenergy.ca) and we can provide the amount owing and the due date
• Payment can be made in person at the Dawson City or Whitehorse offices (cheque or cash), at any bank, or through online banking.
