ATCO Electric Yukon has launched an independent third-party review of the electricity billing system used by both ATCO Electric Yukon and Yukon Energy.
MNP LLP will review a sample of customer accounts across both utilities to assess billing accuracy and identify opportunities to improve the system. ATCO will cover the cost of the review.
