Help shape Yukon's renewable electricity future by joining our Board of Directors. We are currently looking to fill two Director positions.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Financial Acumen – demonstrated aptitude for financial management including the ability to review and question financial results, assess effectiveness of internal controls, manage external audit reporting cycles and represent the role of finance in governance and corporate strategy.
• Legal/Regulatory Knowledge– experience with quasi-judicial regulation would be an asset.

These Director positions will also be eligible to be the Chair of our Audit Committee.
