Yukon Energy's annual meter exchange program is now underway in the communities we serve.
As part of our regular operations, we replace electricity meters that are reaching the end of their service life. This work helps us continue providing safe, reliable electrical service to our customers.
Each year, our crews install or replace more than 500 electricity meters across our service areas to help keep the electrical system operating reliably now and into the future. Existing meters will be replaced with the same type of meter.
