Dawson City - June and July 2026

Yukon Energy will be conducting planned electrical maintenance in Dawson City. Customers in the following areas will experience temporary power interruptions on the dates and times listed below:

Saturday, June 27

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Dawson North End
Affected area: Customers between Albert Street and Judge Street, and Front Street to 6th Avenue.

Sunday, June 28

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Affected area: All customers along 2nd Avenue between Albert Street and Judge Street.

Monday, June 29

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Affected area: Some customers along Front Street. See outage map for details.

Tuesday, June 30

Individual outages lasting no longer than 1 hour along 2nd Avenue between Albert Street and Judge Street. 

Yukon Energy crews will be delivering outage notifications to these customers ahead of time. 

Sunday, July 5

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Affected area: Customers between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue, and Harper Street to past Church Street.

Monday, July 6 to Tuesday July 7

8:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Affected area: Customers from the Dredge Pond Subdivision to Dempster Corner, including Bear Creek, Rock Creek, the Airport, Hunker Creek Road, Henderson Corner, Dempster Corner, and the Klondike Highway South East of Callison to the Dempster Corner.
