Get on Board 2020

We’re working towards our vision of being a Canadian leader in sustainable electricity by 2030 and are looking for an individual to join our Board of Directors for the next 3 years to help us.

Applicants should have the following skills:

• an understanding of financial statements and generally accepted accounting principles;
• experience in review and analysis of financial statements/reports;
• understanding of the financial audit cycle;
• familiarity with concepts and application of enterprise risk management;
• knowledge of regulatory accounting; and
• experience with chair duties.
