Fueling Up on the Commute to Work

As part of this year's Bike to Work Week sponsored by the City of Whitehorse and Yukon Energy, our staff offered snacks to people biking from Riverdale in to work this morning. In this first photo, a whole group of cyclists stopped for granola bars, fruit and juice. In the second picture, Whitehorse Mayor Dan Curtis took a snack break on his way in to the office. City of Whitehorse staff had a second snack station set up on Two Mile Hill to catch people biking in from the north part of the city.
