As many of you are aware, we are working on a project to replace up to three of our aging Whitehorse diesel generators with natural gas units. Our project proposal is being reviewed by the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Review Board; the deadline for public comment was last Friday.
The project is also being reviewed by our regulator, the Yukon Utilities Board. This gives you another opportunity to have your say about this initiative. We know there are strong feelings about this project, which is why we want you to be aware of all opportunities for you to provide input.
