Compensation: Level 6: $34.73/hr-$41.47/hr PLUS Northern Allowance.

moments? Yukon Energy is looking for a Customer Service & Billing Representative to join our team in
Whitehorse, Yukon.
What will you do: As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will:
- Support customers across Yukon Energy’s service areas by responding to billing inquiries, processing payments, coordinating service requests, and assisting with account changes in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain accurate customer and billing records by processing transactions, monitoring accounts, supporting collections activities, and ensuring work is properly documented within customer information systems.
- Help deliver reliable and efficient customer service operations by coordinating work orders, responding to customer concerns, and supporting day-to-day administrative and billing processes in accordance with Yukon Energy policies and procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Post-secondary credentials in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related administrative field.
- 2-year certificate or 3 years of related work experience in an administrative role
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong client service orientation with good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a team and cross-cultural environment.
- Experience with Oracle Customer Care Solutions or end-use customer billing software is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Yukon’s electricity system and regulatory environment, and Yukon Energy’s operating system is considered an asset.
