Joe MacGillivray

Joe brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across both the public and private sectors in the Yukon.
Throughout his career, he has led complex organizations, overseen major projects, and built effective partnerships with governments, Indigenous organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Joined Yukon Energy in 2025
- Has held executive and senior management roles with the Government of Yukon, Yukon Hospital Corporation as well as with Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN)
- Recognized for his strategic leadership, strong governance expertise, and results-driven approach to business development
- Holds a M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast, along with a B.A. from Queens University
