Doug Janzen

Doug Janzen began his distinguished career with the Bank of Nova Scotia in 1981. Over the years, he progressively advanced his career, culminating in his retirement in Whitehorse in 2017. Following his retirement, Doug was appointed to the board of the Yukon Development Corporation, where he served as the Chair of the Audit Committee.

Doug has remained highly active in the community, contributing his expertise at the board level with various organizations. His involvement includes working with Rotary International, the Yukon Council on Disabilities, the Whitehorse Oldtimers Hockey League, and the ElderActive Recreation Society.
