Compensation: Level 9: $51.44/hr-$61.44/hr PLUS Northern Allowance.

Are you passionate about systems, data, and improving how work gets done? Yukon Energy is looking for an EAM Coordinator to help drive smarter asset management practices that support the reliable delivery of power across the Yukon. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical systems, support meaningful operational improvements, and make a visible impact across the organization.                         

What will you do: As a key member of the Operations team, you will:

  • Maintain and support Yukon Energy’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and effective day-to-day functionality.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to improve asset management processes, reporting, workflows, and system utilization.
  • Coordinate EAM-related projects, system enhancements, integrations, and vendor support activities to support operational and business needs.
  • Provide user support, training, troubleshooting, and documentation to promote consistent and effective use of the EAM system across the organization.

What you need to succeed

  • Post-secondary education in engineering, information systems, business, asset management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting or administering EAM/CMMS systems within a utility, industrial, or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance workflows, including reporting, data management, system integrations, and user support.
  • Proficiency with database-driven systems, reporting tools such as Power BI or COGNOS, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with SQL skills considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives effectively.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or capital project coordination would be considered an asset.
