Megan Yakiwchuk is Yukon Energy’s Corporate Secretary and a certified governance professional (GPC.D). She supports the Board of Directors and works closely with the President and CEO, helping guide corporate priorities and decision-making. She leads key initiatives including Yukon Energy’s Corporate Contributions Committee and Scholarship programs. Megan also serves as the Corporation’s Designated Access and Privacy Officer, ensuring transparency and compliance. Since joining Yukon Energy in 2017, she’s brought a strong commitment to governance, community engagement, and organizational excellence.
