We have some amazing talent in Yukon! We were reminded again of that last night at the 5th Annual Yukon Energy Superstar talent competition, which has become one of the most popular events of the Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous.
Congratulations to all the participants, and to:
3rd place winner Kalunga;
2nd place winner Strategy (Thomas Ulgasan); and
1st place winner Harmony Strathee.
We'd also like to acknowledge the students from Burnaby South Secondary who chose to come to Whitehorse over Hawaii this week so they could participate in Superstar and other Rendezvous activities.
The winner of the Audience Choice Award will be announced today at 2 p.m. on CKRW Radio.
