Yukon Energy wants to advise our Dawson customers of a planned power outage on Wednesday September 18th from midnight to 6 a.m.
The outage will affect the area from Trans North Helicopters to the Dempster Corner. This includes C-4, Callison, Dredge Pond subdivision, Bear Creek subdivision, Rock Creek subdivision, Hunker Creek, and Henderson Corner.
It does NOT include anywhere in Dawson common or the Dome.
This outage is necessary so crews can upgrade some of our equipment.
